2010年12月25日 · I have a candle burning in my lantern now. Will post pictures after some burn time to see if this candle will feed naturally by spring like the original UCO candle does. I found the long tubes mini M&M'S come in to be to thin. The milk sample tube is a tiny bit narrower and 10mm shorter than the original.

They are machined aluminum, work great and are not too $$$. I have both the large and small size.

The UCO uses a fiberglass reinforced high-temperature plastic base that has 3 stainless steel clips that hold the candle in place.

2020年4月11日 · Using Paraphin lamp oil, in the Uco lamp housing (+moderate wind), with flame height dialed in around 1/2 inch or less burned for total of 2.5 hrs. With a usuable amount of light until last 5 min. At 2 hr mark, flicker/pulsing started but flame height stayed mostly the same.
