The superhero card battler is still available on Steam, but the game got Thanos-snapped out of Apple and Google’s stores because its publisher is owned by ByteDance.

Marvel Snap has now been banned in the US alongside TikTok, thanks to an association with the social media platform's parent company ByteDance, catching players off guard.

In a statement, developers Second Dinner and publisher Nuverse said the game was unexpectedly impacted by the takedown of TikTok on Saturday, Jan. 18.

Marvel has unveiled not one, but two popcorn buckets ahead of the premiere of Captain America: Brave New World - and they're comparatively pretty normal, all things considered. Last year, the unveiling of the Dune popcorn bucket sent the internet into a frenzy because of its rather suggestive appearance (though I'm sure that wasn't the intention).

The popcorn bucket war has just received two new figures for the upcoming Captain America: Brave New World. The highly-anticipated superhero film will also have two Funko Pops available for purchase.
