虽然《GTA6》是该系列中玩家最期待的一部，但曾经的神作《GTA4》不应被遗忘，遗憾的是本作至今都没有登陆PS4、Xbox One及更新的主机平台（Xbox向下兼容不计）。游戏博主GTASixInfo自制了一张PS5商店内《GTA4》完整版的概念图，包含本篇和“失落与诅咒”资料片，尼克和强尼两位主角霸气十足。

此前游民星空曾 报道 ，R星近日为《GTA三部曲：终极版》推出重大更新，同时将原本的开发商Grove Street Games从游戏片头画面中删除。国外游戏博主Besk发现，除了游戏的启动画面外，平台商店内的介绍部分也没有了该开发商的描述字样。
