A burglary suspect was shot and killed by police Sunday morning in the West Side's Lawndale neighborhood, Chicago Police said.Police said at 10:47 a.m., officers from the Ogden (10th) District were called for a burglary in progress in the 1800 block of South Central Park Avenue.

The driver of a carjacked vehicle was hit by a car and killed on the Capital Beltway Saturday night after she fled on foot from officers, the Prince George’s County police said. The incident occurred in the Oxon Hill area of southwest Prince George’s. The suspect was not identified immediately and no age was given for her.
