After seven months on the market, the Oscar-winning actress and lifestyle guru has sold her Windsor Smith-designed home in the Mandeville Canyon area of Brentwood for $22 million.

Gwyneth Paltrow has bid farewell to her Los Angeles mansion as it has officially sold for $22 million. It was initially being listed for $29.99 million in May 2024.

The sale was due to Paltrow's desire to downsize, her realtor told the Wall Street Journal, now that her (and singer Chris Martin's) children, Apple and Moses, are growing up and attending college at Vanderbilt and Brown, respectively.
