It's official—a member of the royal family has joined TikTok. On Wednesday, Oct. 16, Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, revealed her new TikTok handle —aptly titled @sarahtheduchess—by sharing an emotional message detailing her 2023 breast cancer diagnosis.

"One cancer diagnosis was bad enough, but to go through all those emotions twice was a lot to handle," the Duchess of York wrote below the video

Following her breast cancer diagnosis earlier this year, Sarah Ferguson has now taken to TikTok to share her experiences of the illness and to mark Pink October - Breast Cancer Awareness Month
