Pre booked a taxi through galaxy cars atleast 1.5 hours before the pick up time last night. About 2 mins before the pick up time I get a call from galaxy saying my taxi will be with me in 40mins time… TomL-587的完整评论

I used to always use Galaxy Taxis all the time but recently the standards have slipped.. rude staff on phones hanging up and not offering the service they advised. I wont be using Galaxy from now .. … JoeB-987的完整评论

Just been charged £40 for a <5 mile journey. Told at the end of the journey that we would be charged for their time in getting to us to pick up. Have never heard of being charged to get to you before… KevinF-369的完整评论
