One of the oldest contemporary fine art galleries in Lexington, New Editions Gallery is recognized for the individuality of their artists and the exceptional quality of their work. Opening in 1988, the gallery is now located in the heart of downtown one block off Main Street and Broadway, featuring two floors of well-lit exhibit space. As an active participant in LexArts Gallery Hop, exhibits change bi-monthly; concentrating on solo and group exhibitions. We represent over 35 professional and emerging local, regional and national artists in a range of styles and media including 2-3 dimensional paintings, drawings, sculpture, textiles, jewelry and pottery. Presenting familiar subjects such as landscape, equine, the figure, and still-life; others offer opportunity for deeper contemplation: abstraction and social commentary.
